Testimonials

What our clients say

Your display of kindness and understanding towards mom.

"Mum has been very difficult to pacify over the past few months, so to see her much calmer and happier is obviously down to the much improved caring attitude of staff and management. Everybody now seems very approachable and always willing to help."

Tina E (Daughter of Resident)

What our clients say

A token of gratitude.

"Beechdale Manor Care Home felt lovely from the first visit. The staff (from cleaner, kitchen, carer, nurses to the admin/management staff) couldn't do enough for my mother-in-law.The rooms are airy and clean, the food good.I cannot fault the care, plus they tried to involve her in things."

Julie S (Daughter-in-law of Resident)

What our clients say

Clearly, Mum was very happy.

"My Mum has been at the home since last March. I am very pleased with all aspects of Mum's care. The staff are helpful and kind, with the care of Mum. I am always informed if there is anything wrong with Mum. I am very happy with the care Mum receives from all the staff at the home and have no worries about Mum staying there."

A B (Daughter of Resident)

What our clients say

Highly impressed with the home's standard.

"Brilliant care home with lovely staff. Grandmother suffers from Dementia and all the staff have been really patient with her. She settled in really quickly, after moving during May and very much enjoys her time here. Have seen positive improvements in her, since she began living here and enjoy coming to see her."

C C (Granddaughter of Resident)

What our clients say

The care provided exceeded all expectations.

"I have found, to my delight, a care home that is absolutely brilliant. This care home is wonderfully clean and the food is great. I am delighted my sister is being taken care of here. To the staff - I thank them all."

Audrey M (Sister of Resident)

What our clients say

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Beechdale

"Since my mum came into respite she has had excellent care, the staff and medical staff and manager have done more for her than the carers at home did in a year. We have found out just how poorly she really is and got help and assistance straight away. Staff are caring and friendly and very hard working."

Testimonials

"This is dads third care home and I can't stress enough how lovely the team at Beechdale Manor Care Home are. They are all so genuine, caring and positive. They listen and communicate so well with family. Dad says it is like home from home and is smiling most days. I can actually sleep at night now having the knowledge that Dad is safe and happy.."

"The manager and staff are very welcoming, they supported my brother in overcoming significant injuries and being able transition back into the community independently. I was informed at all times of any changes to my brother's care needs. It has been extremely difficult during Covid and all staff have worked extremely hard to ensure residents have been kept safe."

"I have nothing but praise for the manager and staff at Beechdale Manor Care Home. They have been kind, caring and compassionate when looking after my father during his last days. I don't know what I would have done without their support and guidance. I only wish my father could have been there longer."

"Cared for my mum at home for a long time, she didn't eat or very little. Not very good at communicating and very subdued. Being at Beechdale my mum eats, talks more and joins in more activities. Mum's health needs, get regularly looked after and most of all she smiles. Staff very very friendly and helpful."

"Brilliant care home. My grandmother has settled in really well. The staff are brilliant and welcoming. For my grandmother's birthday, they made her a birthday cake and did us a little tea party for the family. I love bringing my children to see her as well."
